Production time

Made to order · ships in 7–10 days. If your order will take longer we email you first, and you can cancel for a full refund.

Delivery

All orders ship with end-to-end tracking. Typical delivery is 8–15 business days after dispatch. Shipping is $15 flat, and free on orders over $120.

Customs, duties and taxes

Your country may charge import duty or tax on delivery. Unless checkout states otherwise, these charges are not included in our prices and are payable by the recipient. Refused parcels are refunded minus the shipping costs we incurred.

Damaged or faulty

Email a photo to hello@funsoonbox.com within 14 days of delivery. We will send a replacement part or a whole new piece free of charge, or refund you in full — your choice. You do not need to send the damaged piece back.

Changed your mind

You may return an unused item in its original packaging within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. Return postage is paid by the buyer. Please email us first for the return address.

Wrong address

Reply to your confirmation email within 24 hours and we will fix it before printing the label.
