Privacy policy

FunSoonBox ("we") runs funsoonbox.com. This page explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

• Orders: name, email, phone, shipping address and what you bought. Card details go directly to Stripe; we never see or store them.
• Email list: your email address, sign-up date, the page you signed up on and your country (from your connection).
• Wish Board: the idea you submit and, optionally, your email. To stop duplicate votes we store a one-way hash of your IP address — never the address itself.

How we use it

To fulfil and ship orders, send order and shipping emails, send marketing emails if you opted in, and decide what to make next. We do not sell your data.

Who we share it with

Stripe (payments), our shipping carriers (delivery), Resend (sending email) and Cloudflare (hosting). Each only receives what it needs.

Your choices

Every marketing email has a one-click unsubscribe link. To see, correct or delete your data, email hello@funsoonbox.com and we will do so within 30 days.

Cookies

We use no advertising cookies. Your cart and Wish Board votes are remembered in your browser's local storage only.
